We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there's a problem, or if the size isn't what you needed, let us know. We will do anything that we can to make it right.

However, clearance or final sale items are not returnable. 

If you want to exchange an item:

1. Send an e-mail to us so we can be aware of the issue. Please include the order number. 

2. Go to the on-line store and purchase the replacement item and choose "RETURN SHIPPING" (You're responsible for shipping both ways unless there is a problem with the product.....ie. stain, defects. 

3. We will ship the replacement item with a FedEx return pack for you to return the item to be exchanged. 

4. Once we receive the return, we refund the original purchase price less shipping.
